Summer Pitching Velocity Development Program w/ Strength & Conditioning
We are happy and proud to launch our new Pitchers Velocity Lab. In order to be a great pitcher, you need to train for it on all levels, so we decided to open the Top Level Pitchers Velocity Lab,led by Coach Zach Smith & Coach U. There are only 20 spaces available for the whole program.
This is a program for dedicated pitchers who are striving to greatly improve their throwing abilities and overall athleticism. We are looking for serious & dedicated pitchers who want to elevate their games.
This program is designed to keep pitchers healthy through a summer season of games. Coach Zach and Coach U will work closely with the pitchers to make sure they throw at the proper intensity and volume each day as well as have optimal recovery. In addition, 3 days a week will be dedicated to improving strength, mobility, movement mechanics in the weight room and some conditioning & competitive athleticism building at the beach with our other 2 days.
Players will also be given an online program that includes all of their Strength & Conditioning as well as throwing drill sets. This program will be accessible through an app, so players can take it with them incase they are unable to attend a session or multiple.

How to apply:
To apply you must fill out the application here in this Google Form. In addition, we ask you attend our tryout on May 21st, from 11:45am-1:00pm at Clover Park in Santa Monica to be evaluated for the program. If you are unable to attend this tryout please contact us in order to find another time for an evaluation.

What to Expect
Meeting 5 days a week, M-F, 3 days at St. Monica’s HS and 2 days at beach/park
Individualized S&C training, throwing, and drill programs based off of each assessment and screening.
Every athlete will learn exactly how to properly train like a professional athlete.
2 program options
Option 1: 7 week - $1,175
June 13 - July 29
Option 2: 3 week - $750
Session #1: June 13 - July 1
Session #2: July 11 - July 29
The 7-week program will allow for more time to make adjustments to the training, throwing, and drills as well as velocity results as the athletes develop throughout the course of the program.
The 3 week program will not offer as much time for adjustments and results but it is enough time for athletes to learn about themselves, their strengths, weaknesses, and how to go about their own personalized training to reach their pitching goals.
