Invited Player Level of Interest Form
Congratulations on receiving a tryout evaluation score high enough for coaches invite to the 2023-24 Top Level Teams. Please fill out the Level of Interest Form below to let us know your level of interest in being on the roster. Top Level will hold practices and scrimmages in August and first part of September to fill out rosters for its 16 teams. Players who would like to reserve a roster spot will pay a 2023-24 Registration/Insurance Fee of $325 (due by Signing Day on Aug. 27) and $325 in Monthly Practice Fees starting in September. Rostered Players who are invited by their coach to Sunday Double Headers and Tournaments pay a $45/game fee. The 2023-24 Season starts after Labor Day with games and Tournaments starting at the end of September, early October.
