Q: Does my child have to tryout?

A: No Not Necessarily - Not for the Top Level workouts, training sessions, batting practice, bullpens, workouts, etc are open to ALL and you do not need to tryout or be registered. You can click on the Blue Button Open Workouts on the Top Right to sign-up for the Top Level Programs.

Coaches Priority Invite - Those interested in the scrimmages and/or Tournaments would need to tryout by attending a Top Level Practice. Click on the Games/Tournament link in the top menu bar to sign up to attend a practice. If invited by the Coaches, you will receive a Priority Invite which will make you eligible for Private Coaches Invitations to Scrimmages & Games

Q: Is there a Registration and/or Monthly Fee? What is a Priority Invite?

A: No - If you are only doing the workouts and training sessions and not the scrimmages or teams, there is no tryout and there are no Registration or Monthly Fees.

Coaches Priority Invite - Those interested in a coaches invitation to the scrimmages and Top Level Teams would need to receive a Coaches Priority Invite. Those receiving and accepting a Priority Invite would have a 1X annual fee of $195 and $45/month (which can be turned off and on each month). Priority players will then be eligible for an invitation to the scrimmage games and/or Top Level Teams. In addition, Priority Registrations receive $5.00 OFF each program and receive early access to each program to non Priority players.

Q: How do you get a Coach’s Priority Invite and eligible for early invites & eligible for games & field practices and $5 OFF each program?

A: To receive a Coach’s Priority Invite you would attend a Top Level practice by clicking on the New Player link above and selecting a practice. Players can still register for Open workouts prior and after in the event they don’t receive a Priority Invite.

Q: What are the Top Level Groups?

A: Top Level is not organized by teams, but rather by Groups. Those in the Group then can select from the Top Level Programs via A La Carte Menu and choose how much they want to attend and only pay for what they sign up for. The Top Level Groups are:

  • Group 1A: 9/10U (High Level Elite 3rd Graders)

  • Group 1B: 11/12U

  • Group 2: 13/14U

  • Group 3: High School

Q: Where can I find Top Level Programs to Register?

Link to Group 1 Programs (Split into 13 & Under 6th-7th Graders & Elite 5th Graders / 4th-5th, 10 & Under, Elite 3rd Graders)

Q: How do I book a Practice or Training Session :

Step 1: After Clicking on the July Schedule Link below >> Click Register >> Then Select Your Player >> Then Click Individual

Step 2: The list of all programs will then display. Simply click the programs you want to reserve.

*Please note that this discount is reserved for Priority Registrants only.

Enter Positions you want your player to get reps and develop at (mostly needed for the Scrimmages & Practices)

Click “Next” - You have NOW reserved the Programs.

Step 3: Pay for the programs or click on Skip / Pay Later:

Once you click next your programs are booked. To cancel a Booked Program: simply email Admin@TopLevelLA.com with the details and specifics needing attention. Cancellations can be made up to 4 days prior to the event. Please review the Cancellation Fee Policy in the FAQ Link below.

Q: How do I remove a session from my registration list?

A: Email admin@toplevella.com with the session/s you need removed.

Q: Am I able to pay for some sessions now and pay for the rest later?

A: Yes. You can choose which sessions you want to pay for at any time. Please be sure to pay for all sessions you want your player to attend at least THREE days PRIOR to the session starting. This helps for planning purposes.

Q: Is there a Cancellation Fee if we can’t make a Practice or Training Session

A: Cancellation Process and Policies:

  • Cancellation Policy: Every Top Level Practice, Scrimmage & Training Session is planned out in advanced based on the number of players and the skill sets. Last minute changes create a ripple effect to a coaches plan. We fully understand cancellations happen including sometimes being last minute. However, it is important we notify the coaches immediately when a cancellation happens.

  • Cancellation Process: When cancelling any session, you must email Admin@TopLevelLA.com. Please include the Player Name, Date & Time of Session Cancelling.

  • Cancellation Fees:

    • Cancel 4 days or More : No Fee

    • Cancel 1 to 3 days : $5 cancellation fee (remaining balance returned as site credit)

    • Cancel Same Day As Event - 50% cancellation fee of Program (remaining balance returned as site credit)

    • No Cancellation Notification - Full amount of session plus an additional $15 No-Notification Fee
